We're an agency. Our job is to get fired.
We rebuild what your agency does as AI agents you own, train your team to run them, hand you the keys and leave. If you panic, we're one call away. We hope you never call.
Nous remplaçons votre agence par des processus qui vous appartiennent. Ensuite, nous partons.

The AutopsyL'autopsie
We read your last three agency invoices with a red pen and mark every hour an agent could do. You keep the report, even if you never call again.
- 2
The breakup planLe plan de rupture
Every process gets a verdict: keep it, automate it, or delete it. You get one fixed price and the handover date, printed on page 1.
- 3
The buildLa construction
Built in your accounts, under your name. Our developers write the agent workflows and connect them to the tools you already pay for. We keep no keys.
- 4
The trainingLa formation
Your team learns to run, change and fix what we built. We write it as a training program, so it can qualify for Services Québec's workforce training funding. We check your eligibility in the Autopsy.
- 5
The handoverLa remise des clés
Accounts, code, runbooks, recordings and the passwords you never had. We both sign the form. Then we leave.
- 6
The Safety NetLe filet de sécurité
Optional. A monthly check-in, our agent on standby and a panic button, for $99 a month. Cancel when you feel ready. We celebrate every cancellation.

Personnel register
Registre du personnel
A small team, a crew of developers, and agents that do the repetitive work. Nobody on this list manages anybody else on this list.
InstructionsPhotos to be supplied. Initials drawn in pencil until then.
Runs operations, the offer and the process. Came to engineering from systems design, so asks why a process exists before automating it.
Keeps automating this job description.
Hires and runs the development crew: schedules, daily stand-ups, every session recorded. Reviews the work before you ever see it.
Has never padded an hour and distrusts people who have.
Directs sales and turns what we learn into offers. Shows up in person in Montréal for the larger deals.
Takes the meeting. Refuses the follow-up meeting about the meeting.
Calls before you need us, then asks whether that was too often. Fluent in French and English.
"Please call me less."
Offshore developers, reviewed daily. They build in your accounts and leave nothing behind except documentation.
Offshore, plus local hires when a grant or a client needs someone in the room.
The repetitive work your agency billed by the hour: data entry, follow-ups, reports, the Monday export.
Unpaid. Never invoice. Have never attended a meeting.
Declaration of principles
Déclaration de principes
InstructionsRead each clause. Initial in the box. Hold us to it.
We are an agency against agencies. Yes, we see the problem.
Agencies earn more when you need them more, so nobody ever plans to leave. We flipped the incentive: a fixed price, a printed end date, and a team that measures success by how rarely you call.
We are based in Québec, we work in French and English, and we build with offshore developers and AI agents so the price stays honest.

The Agency shall make every reasonable effort to become useless to the Client, and shall treat the Client's independence as a deliverable.
Incident report
Rapport d'incident
Where we come from, filed in the format we deserve.
InstructionsDescribe what happened. Attach receipts. Be honest about your own part.
An agency billed us about 30 hours to review our Zoho functions. Claude did the same review in 5 minutes, through a connection to Zoho the agency never mentioned. Over the whole relationship, we spent $30,000 to $40,000 and got little we could point to.
We once built client dashboards as a $20,000 contract. With today's agents, that is about $500 of work. We built them. We know.
Years of agency and client work between us. We watched the model push good people to chase clients, pad hours and ship work that was almost done.
Not the people. The model. Retainers pay agencies to stay, so nobody plans to leave.
Start an agency whose only goal is leaving.
We lived on both sides of this. We'll be the ones telling our kids we used to work without AI.
